Meggan is an alumna of Phillips Andover Academy (1994) and Middlebury College (1998), where she graduated with honors. She played four years of collegiate lacrosse for the Panthers, winning an NCAA championship in her junior year. Meggan remains connected with both of her alma maters as an alumni interviewer and representative. 

Meggan began her professional career in strategic marketing and development in Boston. Her work with companies like Wolfgang Puck took her to San Francisco and Chicago before returning to Boston in 2009. Now settled in Dover, Meggan has dedicated more than 10 years to coaching and mentoring young athletes. As the co-founder and director of Dover-Sherborn Girls Sports Association, she has worked with hundreds of families and coached girls aged 7 to 13. Meggan's influence extends to Dover Sherborn High School, where she has been an integral part of the girls varsity lacrosse coaching staff, contributing to three consecutive MIAA state titles from 2021-2023. 

Meggan became an Independent Education Consultant as a natural progression in her career and has since immersed herself in the world of college admissions and college consulting. Her dual roles as a seasoned coach and insightful counselor converge seamlessly, reflecting her holistic approach to student development. 

Meggan has an innate ability to connect; her style of communication and leadership fosters an environment where young people thrive and their confidence grows. Her approach to college counseling mirrors her coaching ethos — empathy, honesty, and high expectations form the bedrock of her mentorship style. She empowers her students to set and realize their goals as they navigate their unique paths to academic and personal success. 

Meggan received her Certificate in College Counseling with Distinction from UCLA. She completed her practicum with All About Admissions and is thrilled to be a member of the AAA team. She has since advanced her industry knowledge by attending the 2023 IECA Summer Training Institute. Meggan is an associate member of the IECA.
